Document extraction
Emails, PDFs and photos of invoices turned into structured data. Totals are checked in code and a person approves each record.
What it does
- Reads forwarded emails, PDF invoices and orders, phone photos of paper invoices and notes from a phone call. No separate OCR step.
- Fills a fixed set of fields: parties, document number, dates, currency, line items, discount, tax and total.
- Checks the arithmetic in code: quantity times price, the line total, tax at the stated rate and the total. The checks re-run as you edit.
- Flags anything a person should look at, like a stamp covering a price.
- Nothing is saved until a person approves it, and the record notes whether they changed anything.
When things go wrong
- A wrong total on the invoice is kept as printed and flagged, not silently corrected.
- Handles European number formats and Slovenian invoices.
